Our range of Integrated Services includes:

• One to one and organisational Consultations; supporting self-evaluation and trouble shooting; Developing programmes for change where needed; Promoting the growth of individual confidence and competence
• Policy review and modernisation: ensuring that policies accurately reflect legislation and guidance and allow for procedures that have a practical application
• Mentoring and coaching for Managers: supporting the management of change, empowering managers to develop focus on specific tasks (rather than ‘doing it all’)
• On-site modelling of high standards of practice: re-directing the focus of activity back to positive outcomes for the child or young person. Encouraging warm, professional relationships in all aspects of the work and workplace

Our core Specialist Training programmes in Safeguarding children, young people and families are:

• Awareness – sets some of the fundamental principles of safeguarding practice and consolidates learning through the use of case study material
• Intermediate – exploring risk and protective factors and introduces the importance of the practitioner’s conduct in how they work with children, young people and their families. Flags up the ways in which this ‘mindfulness’ in practice can guard against allegations arising
• Allegations against Practitioners and Safer Professional Practice – looks at how allegations and complaints can be minimised or avoided altogether and how allegations should be responded to under the safeguarding umbrella when they do arise.
• 4 – 6 day Management Overview Module – for Lead Managers and for those who also fulfil the role of the Designated Person for safeguarding

The modules are designed to incrementally build on professional knowledge, skills and confidence.

Programmes can also be provided on a ‘stand alone’ basis.
